A straight DJ set or a straight karaoke night is a booking on its own too, if the hosted games are not what your room wants.
The morning after
Most entertainers pack up and go home. You get the stats from the night and photos for your socials — on your venue portal, you can access this info 24/7.
A count of who played, every week — and how that moves across a run. It is the number that tells you whether the slot is growing, rather than whether it felt busy.
Winners, scores and what the room actually responded to, so the next one is built on the last one. We can run a league across the weeks too, if that is your crowd.
Shots of a full room on the night, ready to post. Your regulars share the ones they're in, which is the cheapest advertising a pub has.
It builds up as the run goes on, so week twelve sits next to week one and you can see exactly what the night is doing for the room.

What it costs you
A night starts from £200.
What it actually comes to depends on the room, how long you want it to run and how far we're travelling — and a weekly slot is priced differently from a one-off. Tell us the night and you'll get the number, not a range.
- A flat fee for the night. No door split to administer and no minimum spend.
- Mics, decks, cables and the lighting come with it — nothing to hire in.
- No exclusivity asked for, and no notice period on a trial.
- Public liability cover and PAT-tested equipment, paperwork before the first night.

Questions we get asked
Do we need to provide anything?
Your screens and a plug socket. We plug into whatever you already have with an HDMI cable — the mics, the decks, the cables and the lighting all come with us. We can bring speakers, but if your room has a system it will sound better through yours. Prizes are yours if you want to run them — a bar tab or a round is the usual, and it goes straight back over your own bar.
How long does a night run?
Usually two to three hours including breaks, which is long enough to hold a room without dragging. We can run shorter or longer if your kitchen or last orders want a particular shape.
What if nobody turns up the first time?
That happens, and it is usually advertising rather than the format. We send you the artwork for your socials before every night, and we would rather talk honestly about whether a different night suits your room than book you into a weekly slot that is not working.
Weekly or one-off?
Either. Most venues start with one night, see how the room takes it, and put it in the same slot every week from there. There is no notice period on a trial and no exclusivity asked for.
How much notice do you need?
A few weeks is comfortable and we can sometimes do sooner. December books up a long way ahead, so if you want a Christmas slot ask early.
Which night should we pick?
Whichever is quietest. A hosted night is worth most on the evening you would otherwise be carrying the staff cost for a half-empty room.
Can you do Fridays and Saturdays?
Fridays, usually. Saturdays are harder because they are the busiest night for private bookings, so ask early and we will be straight with you about what we can commit to.
What do we need to have in place?
Public liability cover and PAT-tested equipment are ours, and the paperwork comes over before the first night. From your side it is a plug socket and somewhere to stand.
