PubChampions

Entertainment and marketing, across your estate

We fill quiet midweek rooms with music bingo, quizzes, karaoke and DJ sets — and every booking comes with the marketing that follows it, so a night that worked keeps working for the rest of the week.

Across Surrey, London, Kent and Essex, from £200 a night, quoted per room.

Talk about your sites

What a group gets that a single pub does not

The same night at every site

One running order, one host standard, one set of kit. A manager moving between your sites sees the night run the way it runs everywhere else, rather than inheriting whatever the last supplier left behind.

Reporting you can take upstairs

Head count per site, per week, and how each slot moves across its run. It is the number that answers whether the investment is working, site by site, rather than an anecdote about a room that felt busy.

One contact, one invoice

You deal with Mark, not a rota of freelancers, and the paperwork arrives once rather than per venue. Public liability and PAT certificates come over before the first night at any site.

Start with the quiet ones

Pick two or three of your quietest rooms and run it there first. No exclusivity and no notice period on a trial, so a rollout is a decision you make on your own numbers rather than on ours.

The marketing half, at every site

This is in every booking rather than an upgrade, so it is the same at the site that books twelve weeks and the one that tries a single Tuesday. If you have a marketing team it feeds them rather than replacing them — the photos and the copy arrive ready, and what goes out stays your decision.

Photos from the night

A QR code on your screens all night, and your regulars fill it. You get the shots of a full room the next morning — no phone of ours pointed at anyone, and nothing for your staff to do.

A gallery page for every night

Each night gets its own page with your venue's name on it, and the code goes up on the last screen of the evening. People go looking for the photo they are in, and they send it to the friends who were not there.

The numbers, week by week

How many played, every week, and how that moves across the run. Week twelve sits next to week one on your own page, so you can see what the slot is actually doing rather than whether it felt busy — and we can run a league across the weeks if that is your crowd.

Written up, ready to post

We pick the best of them and write the post to go with it, so it lands in your inbox ready for whoever runs your socials. If you would rather we put it up ourselves, give us access and we will — your call either way.
