Booking terms
The short version: there's no deposit. Once Mark has confirmed your night we invoice you, it's due within 7 days after the night, unless we've agreed different terms with you or your head office, and if you need to cancel, the more notice you give the less there is to pay.
Paying
There's no deposit and nothing to pay on the night. Once Mark has confirmed the date we invoice you, and it's due within 7 days after the night, unless we've agreed different terms with you or your head office.
Cancelling
- Cancel more than 28 days before the event and the invoice is cancelled, with nothing to pay.
- Between 7 and 28 days, there's a £100 cancellation fee instead of the invoice.
- Inside 7 days the invoice stands, as it's too late to fill the date.
- If we ever have to cancel on you, the invoice is cancelled. No exceptions.
- Moving the date is free at any notice, as long as we're free on the new one.
The reason a late cancellation still costs something is that we'll have turned other work away for your night, and there isn't time to fill it again.
